Sounds a little like what McDonalds serves now. Wonder how many grams of sugar.

Hea, I wanted to tell you that you were right on with your comment about my grandmother. You said "hard work" had as much to do with her longevity as the genes she inherited.

My grandma has always credited her long life to days of hard labor. In fact, some government agency mailed her a lengthy questionnaire in a study on longevity. She wrote two words on it ("hard work") and mailed it back.

do you think that vanilla yogurt would be an acceptable substitute for plain?

Sounds wonderful, actually. (The recipe).

mountain mama - Thanks!

Big Dave - I don't know how many grams of sugar it has...Yes, hard work will keep you going.

nosurfgirl - it is nice and light.

Oh great one - I love celery!

Hi Evey, thanks for stopping by.

Big Dave - the longhorns and aggies are out of it now...

jenna - you have a nice blog too, I'm going to go back and write down a few of your recipes.

lz blogger - you can't go wrong with that combination.

iamnasra - I come check out your blog when a get a few minutes to breath. Thanks

nosurfgirl - I suppose you could use vanilla yogurt. It would probably give it a different taste, but it doesn't hurt to try it.

I'm glad I came across your blog. That Apple Pecan salad sounds yummy! I'm going to try it and let you know what my taste buds say. Sad thing is, I don't follow recipes very well.

Peace & Blessings,
